This is calculated through tracking software within the app we use to host programming. All habits, workouts, and nutrition must be accurately tracked live at least 87% of the time for the entirety of the program. Progress photos are also required. They need to be posted no later than the agreed upon start date of the challenge or program, and once the program or challenge has finished. Data cannot be input all at once, it must be tracked daily, and accurately. If compliance is at or above 87%, and there is no progress, we will refund your investment.
